In January, 2015, a query about apparent band duplications appeared at PubPeer related to supplementary figure S2:

Could the authors and/or PLOS editors please verify/confirm whether bands in At3g0182 and At2g28080 are different. A formal response at PubPeer would be welcomed.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We identified the source of the error and worked with PLoS Genetics to fix the errors in supplementary figure S2. A formal correction, which will permanently accompany the article, has been issued: http://journals.plos.org/...
